Walk n' Tone

Enjoy the new way of losing weight and staying in shape. Walk n' Tone is lots of fun and very effective. Enjoy the class with an amazing view on top of Portsdown Hill.

How does it work?

We all meet and greet at the car park next to the Churchillian. Then the class will start with a warm up and stretches followed by some conditioning exercises leading to the 4km walk. Once we are back and feel awake and refreshed we proceed with the warm down.

The class has many health benefits such as weight loss, improved circulation, improved fitness levels, lowers the risk of heart disease and much more. Besides the obvious health benefits, the class is also fun and sociable.

The Class takes place every Tuesday and Thursday at 7.00am nice and early for the perfect start of the day.
