Stephan Konrad BSYPT - Managing Director of Feel Alive Fitness
Many people lead busy lifestyles and find it very difficult to make time or motivate themselves to exercise. Feel Alive Fitness is a Mobile Personal Training company, saving you time by training you from the comfort of your own home.
With various training methods from running to kick boxercise, we make sure that there is something for everyone. After all training should be fun!
We offer a body composition and fitness assessment service, that helps us design a more specific and bespoke exercise regime for our clients. At the same time it helps our clients set SMART goals.
The goal of Feel Alive Fitness is to help others lead a healthier and more active lifestyle.
We also stress the importance of our slogan "It's not about how you look, it's about how you feel". Having a goal to look good is not permanent. What to do once the goal is achieved? Most people fall back into their old ways and a few months later they are back to square one. However if the goal is a feeling such as feeling good, alive, happy, energetic or all of the above, it is permanent and most importantly healthier. And don't worry feeling great will make you look great!Email me
